The International Liaison Committee of the Social Military Organisms is an international organization whose goal is to organize leisure holidays in a reciprocal manner for military and civilian staff, reserves and retired military personnel, war veterans, between defense ministries in member countries.
CLIMS is composed of 12 countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Spain, Hungary, Romania and Greece.
Romania was the host country for three CLIMS meetings: the Spring Meeting in Bucharest (16-19 April 2007), the Autumn Meeting in Brasov (26-30 September 2011) and the Autumn Meeting in Sibiu (24-27 September 2018).
